Sementara untuk di tahun 2020, lantaran adanya peningkatan program mandatori camputan biodiesel sebanyak 30% ke minyak solar (B30), bukannya program itu bisa langsung diterapkan, lantaran ditengarai muncul beberapa tantangan, diantaranya mengenai alat transportasi untuk distribusi biodiesel.&nbsp;Terbatasnya alat transportasi yang sesuai dan&nbsp;tersertifikasi&nbsp;menjadi kendala penerapan program B30, sebab jumlah kebutuhan alat transportasi diperkirakan melonjak sekitar 30% dibanding armada transportasi tahun 2019 lalu. Tidak hanya masalah&nbsp;trasportasi, storage campuran biodiesel dengan minyak solar juga tercatat masih terbatas, sehingga dibutuhkan tambahan storage baru.
