Energi telah menjadi inti kehidupan modern, namun, tantangan besar muncul dengan pemanfaatan energi fosil yang masih mendominasi di Indonesia, terutama batu bara. Meskipun terdapat peningkatan dalam penggunaan Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT) dalam satu dekade terakhir, capaian tersebut masih jauh dari target yang ditetapkan untuk tahun 2025, yaitu 25% dari bauran energi berasal dari EBT.<\/span><\/p>\n

Menyikapi hal ini, Direktur Aneka Energi Baru Terbarukan, Andriah Feby Misna, dalam seminar “Tantangan Industri Bioenergi” yang diselenggarakan oleh Asosiasi Produsen Biofuel Indonesia (APROBI) di Jakarta, menyoroti urgensi untuk mencapai target tersebut.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Diharapkan pada tahun 2025, sebanyak 23% dari total konsumsi energi berasal dari sumber energi terbarukan. Namun, hingga tahun 2023, capaian kita baru mencapai sekitar 13%, sehingga masih diperlukan upaya besar untuk mencapai target 23% pada tahun 2025\u201d, ujarnya.<\/span><\/p>\n

Upaya Hadapi Tantangan Industri Bioenergi<\/b><\/h2>\n

Dampak negatif dari penggunaan energi fosil terhadap perubahan iklim tidak bisa diabaikan. Pemerintah telah mengambil langkah dengan meratifikasi Paris Agreement, menegaskan komitmennya untuk menurunkan emisi secara nasional.<\/span><\/p>\n

Pemerintah juga telah mengimplementasikan beberapa program untuk mengurangi emisi gas rumah kaca. Mulai dari upaya efisiensi energi hingga mendorong pengembangan EBT, serta reklamasi tambang untuk energi. Biodiesel, khususnya, memainkan peran penting dalam pemanfaatan EBT, dengan menyumbang 60% dari capaian energi terbarukan.<\/span><\/p>\n

Selain biodiesel, pengembangan Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) sebagai bahan bakar pesawat menjadi langkah inovatif dalam mendukung EBT di Indonesia. SAF tidak hanya berkontribusi pada kelangsungan sektor penerbangan, tetapi juga membantu dalam mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari emisi CO2.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dalam konteks pengurangan emisi gas rumah kaca, penggunaan SAF menjadi strategi yang semakin diperhatikan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia. Dengan demikian, SAF memiliki potensi besar sebagai pengganti avtur, tidak hanya secara lokal tetapi juga di skala global.<\/span><\/p>\n

Dengan tantangan yang ada, langkah-langkah menuju keberlanjutan energi semakin mendesak. Dukungan dan kolaborasi dari semua pihak, termasuk pemerintah, industri, dan masyarakat, menjadi kunci untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut. Hal ini akan membawa Indonesia menuju masa depan yang lebih hijau dan berkelanjutan.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
